HARDWARE MANAGER, WINNIPEG, MB (MCPHILLIPS BRANCH)
Get ready to build your career as we continue to build our team. The Hardware Manager duties will include: All functions associated with the purchasing and receiving of hardware related items using Bis Track, attend weekly calls with the Marketing Team and Hardware Managers from other retail locations to collaborate on merchandising techniques, discuss new products and review upcoming flyers, assisting customers and processing sales transactions. Supervise and manage the Service Desk team and keep all team members up to date on company flyers and new product knowledge as well as opening and closing the store.
We are looking for individuals who have great organizational and time management skills, works well in a fast-paced team environment and values professional customer service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who is ready to join our team. Sales Specialists assist customers by helping to identify the best product for their project, conduct on site measurements and follow through with preparing orders, collecting payments and tracking distribution and delivery of product. You will also work with installers and contractors to schedule installation meeting customer requirements and work with supplier representatives as required regarding installation and warranty concerns.
The successful candidate will also look to build strong customer relationships with our retail and contractor customer base and will be driven to further grow the business by actively seeking out and following up on sales leads. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
