As a valuable member of the Marketing Department, the Online Store Manager is responsible for the complete management of MYstore, McMunn & Yates Building Supplies online store, including optimizing our product catalog, enhancing its appeal and aligning it with evolving market demands. Other tasks include maintaining an expansive catalog, ensuring all product advertised online is correct, up-to-date and presented in a professional manner. The Online Store Manager will also be responsible for handling and distributing all mobile and online quotes, managing online payments, investigating and resolving website issues, oversee our 'buy online and pick up in store' process while facilitating excellent customer service.
The successful candidate must be dependable, detail orientated, motivated and great with data-entry and have great organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of building materials is an asset but not required.
To best serve our customers, you may work some evenings, holidays and weekends.
