MERCHANDISING MANAGER, HEADINGLEY, MB (DISTRIBUTION CENTER)

Drive sales and create exceptional customer experiences! Join our company as our Merchandising Manager, you will be based out of our Distribution Center in Headingley, MB and will travel to our retail locations across Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Ontario.

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who can analyze retail spaces and develop merchandising solutions that deliver results.

Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement merchandising plans, including store layouts and visual guidelines. Ensure consistent and effective product displays across all locations. Lead merchandising efforts for new stores and store resets. Maintain high standards for safety and yard presentation. Manage merchandising data and communicate updates.

What you Need: 5+ years of merchandising or retail leadership experience (building supply preferred), proven skills in visual merchandising and space optimization, strong communication and influencing abilities, analytical skills with POS/ERP system knowledge (BisTrack a plus), a valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario.

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME), DAUPHIN, MB 

Begin building your professional journey with an impactful part-time role in Dauphin, Manitoba! We're seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of employee payroll.

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the administration of payroll and benefits programs for our various divisions including Building Supplies, Concrete, Flooring, Truss Manufacturing, and Transportation. Responsibilities include assisting with end to end processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, processing new hires, terminations and changes to payroll information, reviewing payroll data and payroll preview reports to supporting documentation for accuracy, preparation and distribution of T4’s including mid and year end balancing, and assisting with the administration of the benefits program.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills who enjoys working both in a team environment and independently. Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification or working towards such certification would be considered an asset but not a requirement. This is a part time position working 30 hours per week.

You will also work with installers and contractors to schedule installation meeting customer requirements and work with supplier representatives as required regarding installation and warranty concerns.
