The Red Lion 1/3 HP Cast Iron Sump/Effluent Pump (RL-SC33T) is a professional-grade submersible pump designed for high-volume water and effluent removal. Built with a rugged cast iron housing and volute, this 1/3 HP pump is significantly more durable than thermoplastic alternatives, making it ideal for demanding residential basements, laundry facilities, and septic systems. It moves up to 3,350 gallons per hour and features a clog-resistant vortex impeller that can handle semi-solids up to 3/8 inch in diameter.

Equipped with a reliable tethered float switch, the Red Lion Sump/Effluent Pump is designed for automatic operation in basins with a diameter of 18 inches or larger. With a 10-foot grounded power cord and a piggyback switch for easy manual override, this pump provides the heavy-duty reliability required for critical drainage and wastewater applications.
