Sika PRO Select Latex R Concrete Bonding Adhesive 1L

Sika® Latex R Adhesive for concrete work is an acrylic based, polymer emulsion bonding adhesive. It is non-reemulsifiable and multi-purpose in its use as an admixture to produce latex improved bonding agents, concrete and mortar.

Applications:

• As a liquid admixture in cement mortars and concrete to enhance adhesion and overall performance.
• For sand and cement bonding grouts.
• With stucco and terrazzo.
• For patching and flash coats.
• As a polymer admixture added to SikaRepair® mortars to further improve their performance.

Bonding agents, mortars and concrete containing Sika® Latex R exhibit better adhesion to prepared substrates in comparison to unmodified materials. Sika® Latex R Adhesive increases the ultimate compressive strengths of mortars and concrete, is resistance to freeze/thaw cycling and to penetration of water in general. This adhesive also increases tensile strengths and improves modulus of elasticity of mortars and concrete.

• Yield: Replace the quantity of water by an equal amount of Sika® Latex R
• 1L (0.26 US gal.) jug

May be used as an admixture with concrete or mortar or as a brushed-on cement/sand bonding agent. Ideal for patching mortar and stucco.
