Sikaflex® Mortar Fix is a moisture-cured, 1-component, polyurethane-based, non-sag elastomeric sealant capable of ± 25 % joint movement. Meets Federal specification TT-S-00230C, Type II. Meets ASTM C 920, Type S, Grade NS.
WHERE TO USE
Crack repair in brick walls (up to 13mm (1/2in) deep)
Vertical and horizontal applications down to 4 °C (39 °F)
Weatherproofing of joints in concrete or masonry structures, wood and metal
Joints in walls, floors, balconies, door and window frames
- Excellent adhesion on most materials without priming
- Textured appearance; ideal for use on rough surfaces or stucco
- Durable, resistant, elastic and non-sagging material
- Excellent resistance to aging and weathering
- Service temperature: -40 to 77°C (-40 to 170°F)
- Approximate Yield: 3.72 lin.m (12.2 lin.ft) applying a bead of 13mm (1/2in) wide by 6mm (1/4in) deep
